Company story Wolf/Pircher 1956 | Professional training as organ pipe builder at the company Carl Hofbauer in D-37085 Goettingen.
| 1968 | Emigration of Mr. Wolf from Germany to Switzerland towards Näfels, where he has been active for 13 years as manager of the tin pipe workshop at the company Orgelbau Mathis AG in CH-8752 Näfels.
In these years, Mr. Wolf trained apprentices, and he was also responsible for the examinations as a test expert.
| 1982 | Decision for independence, and establishment of the single company Alfred Wolf, CH-8750 Riedern, canton Glarus.
| 1992 | Transformation of the single company into a stock-corporation, Organ Pipes Alfred Wolf AG.
Participation of Markus Pircher, an experienced co-worker for many years, for xx securing this extremely rare service enterprise in Switzerland.
| 2006 | Retirement of Mr. Wolf and acceptance of the company by Markus Pircher retroactively by 1 January 2006.
Simultaneously transformation of the company name from Organ Pipes Alfred Wolf AG into Pircher Organ Pipes Manufacturing AG.
